To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizon B.V.’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Website or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Bizon B.V. in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizon B.V., its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your submission of information you do not have the right to share; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We make no representation that the Website is appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
